I have used VPN4ALL (Which was good too), but I found dollar for dollar ProXPN was better. I've used HideMyAss as well and left over some misgivings I had at the time over whether or not they would actually keep my info private from state authorities - I can't say if that is still an issue now (April 2017) as it was a while back.
